The Cosmic Doula

At the start of my wellness journey, I struggled to find spaces where marginalized voices, especially those of Black moms, were welcomed. Witnessing my community being overlooked in wellness conversations inspired me to carve out my own place at the table—and so Zen Wellness Space was born!

Now, I offer practical tools that spark love, joy, and balance. By weaving my lived experiences with ancient wisdom, I hope to inspire others to reclaim their sovereignty, trust their intuition, and explore their cosmic blueprint and human design. In Zen Wellness Space, we welcome everyone to begin and sustain their own intuitive wellness journey. We celebrate the magic of embracing your unique gifts, understanding your Human Design, and connecting with the Cosmic Blueprint that shapes us. As the Cosmic Doula, I serve as a guiding light, sharing intuitive astrology, Human Design insights, and oracle readings.

Zen Wellness Space was born from my Gemini Sun’s love for connection and community. I envisioned a sacred space where we join forces to live empowered, intuitively guided lives—each on our own terms.

As a lifelong seeker, I am constantly discovering new ways to deepen my intuition while balancing life as a full-time working wife, mama, and sensitive empath. I am Human Design certified, have completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with Embody Yoga’s Roots and My Vinyasa Practice, studied Meditation with Life Life Limitlessness, and am a proud Sista Midwife Productions BirthSister (Doula) Certified.

My mission is to empower and guide those searching for modalities that help us remember our true selves and innate gifts. Here, we honor duality as we reclaim our power, turning inward and connecting with our ancestors and spirit guides for wisdom along our intuitive path.
